Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions. Therefore, if the user does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, the user must refrain from using this website.

The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to notify or inform users of such modifications. Publication on the Provider's website is deemed sufficient.

The use of certain services will also imply the acceptance, without reservation, of the specific Conditions that the Provider may establish at any time with a specific, substitute or complementary nature to these General Conditions of Use.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper functionality. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

If an error is detected in the price of an item after receiving an order, the provider will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident and offer you the option of canceling or maintaining the order under the correct conditions. Automatic confirmation does not validate incorrect price conditions. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded any amount you have paid. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not be processed.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES

While the duration of this site is, in principle, indefinite, the Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the provision of its services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice to its Users.

Likewise, the Provider may modify the Conditions of use of this website at any time.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, and any dispute shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela, except in cases where the forum corresponds to the consumer's domicile.
