Through the website, the Provider provides users with access to various content, services, information, and data (the "content") made available to users by the Provider or third-party service and content providers.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions. The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to notify or inform users of such modifications. Publication on the Provider's website is deemed sufficient.
The use of certain services will also imply the acceptance, without reservation, of the specific Conditions that the Provider may establish at any time with a specific, substitute or complementary nature to these General Conditions of Use.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
The Provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party other than the Provider.
From the Provider's website, you may be redirected to content on third-party websites. Since the Provider cannot always control the content posted by third parties on their websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, the Provider declares that it will immediately remove any content that may violate national or international legislation, morality, or public order, and will immediately remove the redirection to said website and notify the competent authorities of the content in question.
The Provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means that allow third parties to publish content independently on the Provider's website. However, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the Provider makes itself available to all users, authorities, and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or violate national or international legislation, third-party rights, or morality and public order. If the user believes that there is any content on the website that could be classified as such, please notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper functionality. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
If an error is detected in the price of an item after receiving an order, the provider will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident and offer you the option of canceling or maintaining the order under the correct conditions. Automatic confirmation does not validate incorrect price conditions. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded any amount you have paid. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not be processed.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, is the property of the Provider or, where applicable, has been expressly licensed or authorized by the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and is registered in the corresponding public registries.
Regardless of the intended purpose, any reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, or marketing of the material requires prior written authorization from the Provider. Any use not previously authorized by the Provider will be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Any designs, logos, text, and/or graphics not belonging to the Provider and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any disputes that may arise regarding them. In any case, the Provider has their express prior authorization.
The Provider recognizes the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favor of their owners. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility on the part of the Provider over them, nor does it imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the Provider.
To make any type of observation regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as any of the contents of the website, you can do so by sending a written communication to the fiscal address or email address listed at the beginning of this document in the Provider Identification section.
